🥎 2026 Men’s Church League Softball Registration is OPEN! 🥎

Grab your church team and get ready for some friendly competition this fall! We’re looking for 6 teams to take the field for our 2026 Men’s Church League Softball season.

📅 Games: October 13, 20 & 27 and November 3 & 10
🏆 Single-Elimination Tournament: November 17
🥎 10-game season + tournament
💲 $500 per team — includes field rentals, coordinating, umpires, scheduling, and game balls
⛪ Teams must be affiliated with a church
👥 Limited to the FIRST 6 teams to register!

Registration fees must be paid by October 1. Please note that we must have 6 paid teams for the league to play.

PUBLIC NOTICE – NEW REC CENTER CONSTRUCTION SITE PARKING
As construction continues on the new rec center, we want to remind everyone that the facility parking lot is still to the public at this time.

Parking in this area is only permitted for personnel and approved events when the appropriate safety measures have been put in place.

For everyone’s safety, please do not enter or park in the new rec center parking lot unless you are attending an approved event and have been directed to do so.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we continue making progress on this exciting addition to our community! 💙

It’s time to get ready for the 2026–2027 Basketball Season! Registration is officially underway for boys and girls ages 5–14.

📅 Registration: August 24 – October 14, 2026
💲 Fee: $60
🎂 Age determined as of September 1, 2026
📄 Birth certificate required

Beginning October 1, 2026, Arab Parks & Recreation will no longer accept personal checks for any programs, rentals, admissions, or other transactions.

We will continue to accept other approved forms of payment, including cash and debit/credit cards.

Join us for the August monthly gathering of the Village Homemakers Exchange! Participants will create 9 handmade items and exchange them for 9 new handmade treasures from fellow makers. This exchange will take place on Sunday, August 30th at 4 PM in the Ruth Clubhouse. Registration is required and available at arab.recdesk.com. Space is limited to 10 participants!
