We’re still not over puppy yoga (and you guys aren’t either)!! 🥹🐾

So … we’re hosting it again! June 7th @ 2pm, we’ll have the cutest furry friends from hanging with us during a 60-minute VinYin Flow — obviously there will be breaks for pets and cuddles!

Class is $33/person with all proceeds going to SPCA. Spots are filling fast, head to our bio links to sign up!

AWAKEN THE FIRE WITHIN 🔥

Handpan, Deep Core + Mobility with , Saturday February 21st at 4pm

This 60-minute heated class is designed to reconnect you to your body and breath — your inner fire!

Blending deep core and mobility with Jaxon’s handpan soundscapes, you’ll be in a new level of flow state. Jaxon’s meditative hardpan music supports nervous system regulation while we focus on strength and connection to breath and body.

Open to all levels, modifications offered (as always), and no prior experience needed. Let’s build some heat!

Still obsessing over Cirque! ❤️‍🔥🎪 — we had the absolute best time celebrating the one and only , dancing the night away, and supporting .conservation!

More Weekend Classes at True Moon

Starting Saturday, February 21, we are adding additional classes to our weekend schedule.

Aurielle will now be teaching LIIT Saturdays and Sundays at 12:00 PM.

LIIT is one of True Moon’s signature heated sculpt classes. This is low-impact strength training designed to build deep core stability, glute strength, posture, and full-body tone without taxing the joints or overwhelming the nervous system.

You can expect:

• controlled strength work

• deep core and glute emphasis

• Pilates-inspired sequencing

• intentional pacing and smart intensity

• a class that leaves you feeling strong, not drained

This class is designed to help you build athletic shape, resilience, and longevity in a way that supports real life and long term progress. You can book these new weekend classes now in the app.
