If you’ve experienced loss, grief, or trauma (emotional or physical), this 90-minute workshop invites you to practice a 30-minute guided class with heart-opening postures, a 30-minute time to share feelings and experiences of grief and trauma in a “safe space” and, 30 minutes of healing Nidra. All in a warm room environment.
This mindfulness class encourages the mind, body and spirit to uncover points that cause a flareup of feelings that can interrupt an otherwise fruitful practice. Breathing through the memories and feelings that cause discomfort and revealing those that give us joy. Join us for:
• Concentrated breathing exercises to release negative energy.
• Heart-opening postures.
• Alternative visualization through Nidra.
• Sharing experiences and feelings in a safe, private space with a welcoming community.
