Because the “best” workout on paper means nothing if it’s too overwhelming to stick to.

If you haven’t trained consistently in months—or even years—we’re not jumping straight into 6 hard workouts a week. We build from your current fitness level, lifestyle, recovery, and experience.

Sometimes that means starting with 1–2 workouts per week and building momentum first.

This year for the FIRST time it will include a Next Level Energy Guide. This guide will give snack ideas, pre and post training foods along with meal recipes for the athletic family!

Poor diet and nutritional deficiencies plague youth athletes. This can result in injuries, less playing time and poor performance.
I truly believe it is the MISSING LINK for many athletes.

The nutrition guide paired with a training program that in the past has yielded improvements in vertical jump, lateral quickness and overall strength this is a great opportunity for local area athletes!!!
