The high school girls came in 5th at the Bob Schul Invitational last weekend! 🙌 They did awesome—and they’re some of my favorite Pilates participants 🥰

Good luck this weekend at Columbus Grove! Excited to see what these girls can do this season!

And the real question… who do you think whines more during Pilates—the boys or the girls? 🥰🤣

A full house with Jamie in the Botkins studio this morning! 🥰

One spot just opened up in her 9:00 AM class today if anyone wants to grab it!

A little schedule update — starting next week, Jamie will be taking over Katie’s 8:00, 9:00 & 10:00 AM classes in Botkins. 🙌

Jamie has been part of Pilates For Life for years and brings such a positive, encouraging energy to her classes. We’re excited to have her spending even more time in the studio! ❤️
