☀️ Summer openings! ☀️

I have a few spots open in my Men’s Pilates class on Fridays at 10am this summer!

I can take 2–3 more people — teen boys or adults are welcome. The two men in the class have been coming for years, and we have plenty of room for a few more 💪

Great for strength, stretching, sports, and just feeling better overall.
