Update: Due to construction the pool scrap dumpster has moved to south end of white building. Please drop items on the concrete north of the dumpster in the area circled in blue on the picture. The dumpster is now near the garbage dumpsters. Please do not put items in front of garbage dumpsters as they will not empty them then.
Spring cleaning? Got junk, junk made mostly of metal? The Botkins Pool has an ongoing scrap metal drive.
Metal items can be dropped off by the dumpster at Brown Industrial. Please no refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners or other items with freon.
Examples of items we take include bikes, grills, washers, dryers, trampoline frames, exercise equipment, car parts, appliances, gutters, cast iron bath tubs, fence, metal furniture,etc.
We also take aluminum cans which can be dropped off in the drums behind fenced in area at the village office.
