Community Highlight: Scotty Gomez Foundation 5K Run/Walk - September 12

Hello fall, it's the 6th Annual Scotty Gomez Foundation 5K! This is a family friendly event for all ages, dogs, and babies! Wear your favorite sports jersey or sports gear and help Scotty Gomez Foundation fundraise. All participants will have the chance to win 60+ incredible door prizes! Sign up individually or a team. The Scotty Gomez Foundation is dedicated to providing opportunities and assistance for youth hockey in Alaska. Through this and other events, you can help make hockey affordable to underprivileged youth of Alaska.

The Alaska Adoption Services is excited to host its 5th annual Diaper Dash! Run a 5k or bring the kids out for a FREE Kids Mile and help raise awareness for the Community Diaper Pantry- Alaska Adoption Services, which provides free diapers and wipes to families in need! Whether you're running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, every participant helps make a difference for local families in need.
