We’re excited to announce our FREE community event happening June 27–28 at Alcantara Park in Wasilla!

Come out and run, ruck, walk, or simply move with us. Whether you want to push for big miles or just come enjoy some time outside with family and friends, this event is for you.

“This kid is crazy… she’s trying for 100 miles.”

Pulled into the garage last night and Dossie already had her little aid station set up and was ready to keep going.

And honestly… moments like this hit me hard.

Not because of the miles.

Because of the mindset.

No one is forcing her to do this.
No trophies. No pressure.

She just wants to see what she’s capable of.

That’s really what Toughest Alive is about.

Not being the fittest person in the room.
Not being perfect.

Just learning how to keep showing up when things get hard.

Early mornings before work and school.

Discipline is the engine.

Motivation gets you started when you feel like it.
Discipline keeps you moving when you don’t.

Everyone loves the idea of being fired up, inspired, ready to go…
But the truth? That feeling comes and goes.

Discipline doesn’t care how you feel.

It shows up when you’re tired.
When you’re busy.
When it’s inconvenient.
When nobody’s watching.

That’s why it wins.

Because the people who actually change their lives aren’t the most motivated…
They’re the most consistent.

They built habits that don’t rely on emotion.

So if you’re waiting to feel ready…
You’ll keep waiting.

Garage deadlift session today and Sophia came out asking to join in.

So we set her up and she got to work.

Nothing crazy—just building confidence and getting a little stronger.

Moments like that mean a lot. Not because of the weight, but because she wants to be out there.

We don’t force it. We just train—and they see it.

And over time, they step in, try things, and start hitting their own goals.

Proud of her.

Not the smartest thing I’ve ever signed up for… but here we are 😅

30 Day Murph Challenge — Day 3 🙌

I actually love these kinds of challenges. There’s something about committing to 30 days straight that forces growth — mentally and physically. You find out real quick where your limits are… and then you push them.

And listen — this is NOT just for elite athletes.
Murph is 100% scalable:
• Can’t run? Jog it.
• Can’t jog? Walk it.
• Can’t do pull-ups? Use a band or hit the lat pulldown.
• Push-ups too tough? Knees, box, wall — get the reps in.

No excuses — just effort. That’s the game.

It’s not too late to join in the misery… I mean fun! 🤣

“Should I skip the gym today?”

Nope.

Not because I feel amazing.
Not because I’m super motivated.
But because discipline doesn’t care how I feel.

Some days it’s heavy weights and big energy.
Some days it’s just showing up and getting it done.

Today was one of those days.

No hype. No excuses. Just work.

Because every time you choose to show up when it would be easier not to…
that’s where you get tougher.

So if you’re asking yourself the same question today—
you already know the answer.
