It’s…JUNE 🤩
We’re building off of week 1 for 1 & 1/4 front squats, so try to go a little heavier while maintaining solid positions and control throughout the lift. After that, we’ll attack an AMRAP of toes-to-bar, bench press, box jump overs, and walking lunges.

This summer, bring your kiddos & teens in for fun, inspired, summer camp classes! 🌞

We had such an incredible time last year and we're very excited to host some more fun activities this time around! CFNX Summer Camp is an opportunity for kids and teens to get active, build confidence, and have a blast with our exceptional coaches, Jentry ( ) and Bill ( ).

Kids (5–10): Tuesday & Thursday · 9–9:45am · June 1 – July 2
Teens (11–15+): Tuesday & Thursday · 3–4pm · June 1 – Aug 7

Spots are limited so sign up today -- Give us a call or stop by the front desk at the gym Not a CFNX member? No worries! You can still sign your kiddo up for the program.

We’ve got the MURPH workout coming up soon next saturday 🔥 Murph is one of CrossFit’s most iconic Hero workouts which is a 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, and another mile to finish. This is in honor of Navy SEAL Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan in 2005. He was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor for his extraordinary courage under fire.
Join us next weekend as our way of saying thank you to those who gave everything.

We’ll hit intervals of power sn**ches this Friday, bar-facing burpees, and overhead squats. Short bursts keep the intensity high.

✨🔥We’ve got a 30-minute AMRAP on deck today, and this one is all about control and consistency. You’ll be working through increasing row distances each round, followed by barbell strict press, barbell curls, and a farmer’s carry.
💯The goal today is to stay at about 60–70% effort the entire time.
