You’re not stuck.

You’re just not as consistent as you think.

Everyone wants to blame a plateau…
but when we look at the data:

– protein isn’t being hit
– meals are skipped
– weekends have no structure
– workouts are inconsistent

That’s not a plateau. That’s a lack of ex*****on.

A real plateau happens when EVERYTHING is dialed in…
and progress still slows.

Most people never get there.

So before you say “nothing is working”,
ask yourself:

Have I been consistent for 2–3 straight weeks… no excuses?

Or am I just starting over every Monday?

Next Level Evolution Members — we have an exciting upgrade happening behind the scenes.

We are officially transitioning from Glofox to PushPress as our new fitness management system.

This change will improve:
• Class booking
• Communication with members
• Membership management
• Overall app experience

The integration process has already started, and members will begin receiving instructions soon on how to activate their accounts in the new system.

For now, no action is needed yet. We will guide you step-by-step when it’s time to move over.

Another great powerlifting meet where I was so proud to bring more of our clients to compete in!

Congrats to 1:1 fitness client and small group personal training client on your first .ak meet and for Janell getting that Alaska State Record Holder in her weight class!

We already have more clients wanting to compete and we’re so grateful for .sleet.snow for helping coach and provide seminars for our novice clients!

Special shoutout to our friend .sleet.snow on her outstanding lifts! Stand out athlete 💪

It will continue to be my mission to provide fitness goals and events for our clients!
