s' to give you a total head-to-toe engagement of muscle groups. By combining aerobic & anaerobic techniques this program is a calorie burning juggernaut. Our Circuit classes are high intensity group weight training rounds that combine free weights, selectorized equipment and functional exercises to maximize shaping & toning of problem areas. Participants learn to isolate specific muscles by developing an understanding of proper alignment, range of motion and peak contraction techniques. Our facility is staffed by passionate individuals ready and able to assist you with anything from picking the right supplement for your goals to spotting a lift. It is maintained and kept in pristine order throughout the day and cleaned every evening. We maintain a shoe policy, outdoor shoes are to be placed in provided cubicles/bins, indoor shoes are changed into before proceeding to the locker room or the gym floor.
