We give you the Rogers Hip press and Pitshark Belt squat! Couldn’t be happier with how these turned out. The custom colors really tie the room together. A great addition to the leg section, now bringing our presses to a total of 7 different variations with an 8th on the way😎

I have competed in a total of 6 shows between Las Vegas and Alaska. I am a specialist in bodybuilding with certifications in strength and conditioning as well as a certification in nutrition. I also work with clients on posing routines as needed or requested. I am a very passionate trainer and love the sport of bodybuilding. I will do everything in my power to help my client’s achieve their goals no matter what they are. I am tough but fair. I hope all of you have had a wonderful holiday spent with friends and family.
This time of year is always exciting, new journey’s are started, new goals are made and change for the better is what everyone is pursuing! It’s always easier said then done when making New Year resolutions and I know for a lot of people it can be nerve racking to make that first step into building a healthy lifestyle, solid routine and joining a public gym. But I’m here to tell you everyone in the gym is all chasing one thing and that is to better themselves.

If you are new to Mac’s I want to say thank you for choosing our facility to take your first step into a healthier lifestyle. No matter what style of training you choose or experience level you are at, everyone is welcome at Mac’s Strength & Power!

PSA: We only have a few rules that are pretty simple to follow:
1. No street shoes!
(Please bring clean gym shoes to your workout)
2. Sanitize the equipment after you are done
3. Put your weights back
