“But CrossFit is expensive.”
We get it - and if you’re comparing it to a regular gym membership, it can feel that way.
But at CrossFit Pegasus, you’re not just paying for access to a building or equipment. You’re getting coaching, intentional programming, accountability, and a community that actually knows you and wants to see you succeed.
It’s an investment in your health, your consistency, and having people in your corner while you do it.

Reach out to us to try a free class.

We pulled out the hopper for yesterday’s Saturday morning crew. It did not disappoint. It gave us a nice pyramid chipper to end a great week and prep us for a killer week next week. LFG💪

40 DB Shoulder-to-overhead
60 DB front squats

I love Saturdays. Everyone from all the different classes shows up, we have a chill warmup, chat a little, we get to play with some stuff we normally don’t work with during the week, and then we throw down hard on a partner wod. Gunnar Doughty programmed this little ditty today.
AMRAP 20
20 synchro sit-ups
20 d-ball/sandbag squats
20 synchro pushups
20 d-ball/sandbag over shoulder

Great Saturday morning crew today! Nice, long, fun grinder of a workout. We did some stuff outside of what we’d do in a regular class today. Little ditty I call “Flip It and Reverse It”.
4 rounds, with a partner:
20 Handstand Push ups
20 Tire Flips
20 Reverse Burpees
20 Sled push/pull
* 1 rope climb each after each movement

Saturday morning crew in effect! We spiced it up today with a couple of seldom-used movements; pull-overs and single leg crossover toes to bar. Awesome group, great workout, good times 😎.
AMRAP 24 w/ partner:
10 pull overs / 30 crossover T2B
20 cal Echo bike
30 GHD sit ups
40 med ball cleans

You can get a workout anywhere.
But a place where people know your name, notice when you’re gone, celebrate your wins, and push you to get 1% better?
That’s different.
Come see what all the hype is about.
Your first class might just change the way you think about the gym.
Reach out to us to schedule your trial class.

CrossFit Pegasus peeps showing up and showing out. In lieu of a regular class, today we ran a 5k. We were honored to help Beckie Takashima-Williamson | Altus, Oklahoma Realtor with the 9/11 Rememberance 5k flag run. She puts this on every year for free!

Saturday we did something a little crazy 🤪. It was “Donut Cindy”. Do a round of Cindy (5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats) and eat a donut. Continue for twelve rounds. Or until you 🤮, or just can’t 🍩 anymore. Normally we don’t do such a crazy thing, but it’d been a hard month and I thought we needed to get a little silly.
And for Labor Day we did ”Andi”. Holy cow, that gets me every time:
100 hang power snatches
100 push presses
100 sumo deadlift high pulls
100 front squats
