Birthday are always a blast here We celebrated with 32min time cap of 8cal AirBike, 8 deadlifts, 8 Box Jumps, 8 GHDs, 8cal Row, rest 1min, 1 rope climb, 9 clean & jerks, 9 Bar Facing Burpees, and 4 snatches. 4 rounds for time!

Well the time is here, they showed up as a couple and left with my heart. and . Did so much for the Spot family. That recognition is a must! We have been blessed by Their energy and grace. Yall will be very missed by all. It doesn’t seem like it’s been over 3 years but yall made a difference and brought us Brooks who we adore and love! It’s not a goodbye but a till next time! I’ll never forget my step sister Bryanna who was adopted obviously! 🙄 and now breaks the rules and doesn’t follow the law….

Don’t miss a Monday! Especially not a Murph Prep Monday. Starting today until Memorial Day weekend every Monday we will be preparing for the Murph hero WOD.

The Murph workout is traditionally performed on Memorial Day, which is the last Monday in May, to honor LT. Michael P. Murphy and fallen service members. While many perform it over that weekend, it can be done anytime.
The Workout (Rx): 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, 1-mile run (often done in a 20/14 lb weighted vest).

Partitioning: Participants can break up the reps (e.g., 20 rounds of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats).

Purpose: A CrossFit “Hero WOD” designed to honor U.S. Navy SEAL LT. Michael P. Murphy, who was killed in Afghanistan in 2005.

My first and I really want to say only hyrox, race but nope I’m gunna do another one I already know it, sub 1 hour is the goal for next time but ( 01:11:00) will do this time lol 😂 gosh I don’t know whether to thank or fight her but I definitely couldn’t of done it without !! Happy birthday man!
