Some exciting progress this week:

🎨 Paint is going up
💡 Cage lights are being installed
🎉 Our Party Room is taking shape

Every time we walk into the building, it looks a little different and a lot closer to the facility we've been imagining for so long.

Next up, we're getting closer to the REALLY fun stuff...turf, nets, cages and equipment!

We're looking for:

⚾ Baseball & Softball Instructors
🛍️ Pro Shop Staff
🙌 Front Desk Staff

For our instructors, former collegiate and professional players are encouraged to reach out, but we're just as interested in people who are great teachers, mentors, and communicators.

🚧 Construction Update! 🚧

Things are moving right along at D-BAT ALX West End! 🙌

Every time we stop by the facility, it looks a little different. The walls are going up, rooms are taking shape, and it's becoming easier to picture the day we finally open our doors.

Right now it's just concrete, drywall, and a whole lot of hard work...but soon it'll be a place where kids learn new skills, build confidence, make friends, and fall even more in love with baseball and softball.

We can't wait to share this space with our community!

Thank you to everyone who's been following along and cheering us on. Your excitement has made this journey even more special.

🚧 Construction Update! 🚧

It's amazing what can happen in just a couple of weeks!

Walls are going up, stairs are coming out, cabinets are being installed, and every visit to D-BAT ALX West End gets us one step closer to opening our doors.

This has truly become a family project, and we couldn't be more excited to build something that will serve families throughout Alexandria for years to come.

There are still plenty of long days ahead, but seeing everything come together makes all the planning, meetings, and decisions worth it.

Thank you to everyone who's reached out with encouragement and excitement. We can't wait to welcome you into a facility built for athletes, families, and our community.

Progress is happening every day at D-BAT ALX West End! ⚾🥎

One of the questions we've gotten a lot is, "How's construction coming?"

The answer? We're in the building constantly!

These pictures are from another construction meeting where we walked the space, reviewed plans, and worked through the details. There are hundreds of little decisions that go into building an indoor training facility, and we're committed to getting them right.

What makes this even more special is that this is truly a family business. We aren't just building a facility, we're building a place where kids can grow, families can connect, and athletes can chase their goals.

We're incredibly grateful for all the support from the Alexandria community and can't wait to welcome everyone through our doors soon.

The walls are going up at D‑BAT ALX West End, and it’s starting to feel real.

Every day this looks more like the home we’ve been dreaming about, a space where you’ll soon hear bats pinging, gloves popping, and kids working hard, laughing, and falling in love with the baseball and softball.

Our mission is about developing beliefs, attitudes, and traditions, and we can’t wait to bring that to life for athletes and families here in Alexandria.

Every week this place looks more and more like the training home we’ve been dreaming about.

Can’t wait to open the doors and welcome athletes, families, and everyone in the community who loves the game as much as we do.
