We are so honored to have this gifted sound healer in our space! Come and experience the magic of The Resonant Way for yourself this Sunday afternoon.

This weekend will mark my first Sound Journey in Alexandria, MN! It is also Memorial Day weekend.

I would like to invite all my existing friends and future friends to explore the idea of allowing frequency and unique sounds to transport you to whatever space your body/mind/spirit is longing to go.

If you haven't been to one of my sound baths in Glenwood or Brandon, I can tell you that I do things a little differently than many. I would love to show you what I mean.

My sound bath motto is "transformative, not performative" but I do bring in some lovely harmonics, if I may say so, and I draw from my musical background.

The space holds 20, and the cost for Sunday 5/24 is $25. We will start at 3:45PM.

Experience a deeply restorative Sound Journey with Gretchen Melo of The Resonant Way (reiki master, sound healer, certified life coach, human design practitioner, and bestselling author) — an immersive meditative experience designed to support relaxation, energetic balance, and inner connection.

Using crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, didgeridoo, and intuitive vocal toning, Gretchen creates a soundscape that gently guides participants into a calm and expanded state of awareness.

Each session unfolds organically and intuitively, with sound and voice responding to the energy of the moment.
The combination of vibration, frequency, breath, and voice creates space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive and calming environment. Each person’s experience is unique.

We’re so honored to welcome Krystina of The Connection Co Therapy to the Studio She Collective as an ‘in-house’ provider. ✨

Krystina is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in women’s mental health, with a focus on supporting women through the perinatal season — including trying to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum, and the many emotional shifts that can come with these transitions.

Her work is deeply relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in helping women feel truly seen and supported.

Through modalities including EMDR, Krystina helps clients navigate anxiety, overwhelm, identity shifts, and the weight so many women quietly carry on their own.

At Studio She, Krystina offers individual therapy sessions both in-person and virtually, along with perinatal mental health support and EMDR therapy — providing thoughtful, personalized care that meets women exactly where they are.
