Dr. Yang s a family inheritor of Traditional Chinese Kungfu and has been practicing Tai Chi since the age of five. Her background includes a PhD from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine and an MBA in International Business Management Her unique combination of traditional training and modern academic insights offers a deepened understanding of Tai Chi principles. Tai Chi combines movements from both hard martial arts and qi gong together in a tranquil and intentional framework that Harvard Medical school describes as yielding a myriad of health benefits. This 2 hour introduction will teach you a short, powerful form that is easy-to-learn and practice on your own. Join us for a relaxing two hours . No experience necessary. - this form can be played standing or seated. You may attend in person or virtually.
