squat thrust can be called as beginner level burpees. People who find burpees to be very difficult are avised to perform squat thrust. Squat thrust with pull-ups will help in putting extra load on your back and Will add a bit of cardio to the mix.

Upper body training is just as important as lower body training. The mind and muscle connection is real. Once you start to get a good connection with the muscle the form comes easy. The key is to embrace and moment and actually feel, to some extent, enjoy the pump and burn that you get from each rep. Remember, it’s all Mental! -

Using a pull up resistance band is great if you’re try to increase your pull up reps and strengh. However, l only use them unless l absolutely have to, l rather allow you to use as much of your own weight as possible. That way you get the most out of your reps. I’m a firm believer in muscle memory and believe a resistance band will take away from that connection between muscle and the brain. I physically help you, as little help as possible, to left yourself up so that you can maintain that muscle memory connection.

When done properly, adding ankle weights to your leg and glute workout will give you the shape you desire without making you look like a bodybuilder. An added benefit: Muscle burns more calories than fat, even at rest. Stronger leg muscles will boost your metabolism and help your weight-manegement goals. Good posture and a positive attitude let’s you get away with almost anything in the gym, and this girl is no exception to the rule. 💪🏾💪🏾Good posture is the one most important thing anybody can do now to look better.

Great posture allows you to do anything! Just as long as you work on flexibility and mental toughness. Adding resistance to exercises makes them more effective for producing results. If you are trying to increase muscle size, progressive overload is a must, and ankle weights are a great way to do it. 🤦🏾‍♂️
