Even I had to get on the Salmon River action! I went out mid week to avoid the crowds, these fish destroyed all my flys after hooking into like 20 fish and only landing 2 a quick trip the Fat Nancy’s for the rescue and I was re-upped on tackle to land 8 more fish for the day! For a half dead fish, the fight from them is pretty damn phenomenal, so much fun on the river

Landed 19 fish including this nice 30 inch Lake Trout vertical jigging, tons of fish in the upper column, fishing between 80 to 100 ft, very few boats out! October can be a challenging month for Lakers as they get picky, but when you figure out what they want, the bite is on! The bigger Lakers and Bows drive me to come back.

Casting and Trolling for Kings using KODIAK CUSTOM FISHING TACKLE spoons
finally got into some King salmon! One big female (39in) trolling and one male casting both using bright green and black Kodak casting spoon, must’ve been the color! Bringing my Boat up made this trip so much fun, After a few years of seeing how these fish really are targeted, my heart absolutely lit up hooking into these fish, I want to give huge credit to Thomas James for guiding me in the right direction to catch these fish on my own! The fight these fish put up is unmatched, even in this stage, this is a technique I can use for the rest of my life and I am also so grateful! No live scope, no flossing, just fishing and when they hit, they thump it hard! New YouTube video will be coming out shortly!

We still managed to get on the Fall Lakers as the bite transitions! Me and Burke's Pictures had a fun time battling out the rain and finding fish! More trips to come!

Shout out to the dude from Game On! who gave us the free EXO Jigs at the Four mile river boat launch in CT
Went down with Jeff to target the famous Albie, but unfortunately could not find them in the sound, good thing I use quality jigs Like Burp Shark Baits and Game On! definitely found a variety of species, we’ll have them make another trip down for revenge!
