Lift Like A Girl 2026 needs YOU.

We’re looking for volunteers to help us bring our women-only powerlifting meet to life - from setting up the platform to keeping the competition running smoothly on meet day.

We’re looking for:
🎤 Emcee
🏋🏽‍♀️ Spotters & Loaders
🛠️ Set-Up Crew
🧹 Teardown Crew

Whether you’ve been part of a powerlifting meet before or this will be your first time behind the scenes, we’d love to have you be part of the crew.

Come experience the energy, cheer on some seriously strong women, and help us create an unforgettable day for our lifting community. 💗
