Mon – SUMMIT: steady aerobic work to build an efficient engine 🏔️
Tue – Pump LB: volume + posterior chain loading, progressing SGDL & hack squat🦵⚡
Wed – Cardio U: controlled effort across zones with higher aerobic demand❤️🔥
Thu – Strength UB: refining technique + building upper body strength foundations 💪🔵
Fri – HIIT: repeat sprint ability under rising fatigue⚡🏃♂️
Sat – Strength Endurance: get stronger for longer with sustained resistance efforts🔥🏋️♂️
