Wedding prep done right..

When she first came to me, her goal was simple: to feel her absolute best for her wedding this year.
Fast forward to now & just weeks away from the big day and wow!

She has completely committed to the process:
✨ Stuck to her plan consistently
✨ Enjoyed weekends without guilt
✨ Achieved a realistic step count (to fit with her job) 
✨ Combined her gym programmes with Reformer Pilates

She’s looking and feeling incredible, and I’m so proud of everything she’s achieved. She’s been consistent through the months, this isn’t a quick ‘6 week plan, cut calories’ it’s been gradual. Consistency always wins! So proud of you my girlie! 💍🤍

12 weeks (and counting) with my online client 👏🏼💞

She needed more structure in her weeks & that’s exactly what we worked on. Having a clear plan for her training helped her stay consistent, get stronger, get leaner, and still keep a great balance with her social life too.

I love seeing clients take on the guidance, trust the process, and end up making progress like this!

A moment for my girl 👏

2 dress sizes down and stronger than ever.
She lifts, she rests, and she enjoys a healthy, balanced lifestyle. These are the progress check-ins I love to see. The body is looking strong, lean, and healthy.

My favourite thing about this journey has been showing her that you can enjoy the gym, stay healthy, and still have a social life. No extreme cuts, no endless hours of cardio, and not burning yourself out. PLUS we have a lot of fun in our sessions 💞
