7.30am classes Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
9am classes are back for term 2
& Wednesday evening Yin has changed to 4.30pm.
Colin will be joining us on Wednesdays for a 6pm class, Hot Series - 26 & 2 💪
Ashtanga 9am on Thursdays

30 Day Challenge is also starting, anytime from tomorrow until the end of the month (for the month of May). I know some people like to start early.
