This weeks availability ✨️ My last 2 appointments at my home studio here in Waimauku.

Home visits will be available from the 7th Sept on Mondays and Fridays if you're local to the Waimauku area, and only open to those i have seen here at my home studio.
* There will be a price increase.

Membership options (only open to four more people), as well as casual payg sessions.

This beautiful space, Whispering Waters, will be our new venue for our group mat pilates classes on Monday mornings from the 7th.

10.15am - Full

We have one more week here at my home studio, then I will be switching to home visits for massage and reflexology.

Home visits will be limited to current clients only and to those living in and around the Waimauku area on Mondays and Fridays.

I have a discounted MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP for those who would like to enhance their health and wellbeing, relieve muscular aches and pains, lower stress levels, and all from the comfort of your own home. My current members LOVE having something to look forward to each month and so can you.

✨️ I have space for FOUR new members only.

PAYG is also available.

SK Bodyworks is moving!! Our studio doors will be open for the next TWO WEEKS for appointments and classes.

My new studio will be located in Waiake, where I will welcome you in for massage and reflexology appointments, and private pilates classes.

The good news is, is that i will still be in the Waimauku area every Monday and Friday 🎊

I will be offering home visits to my lovely massage and reflexology regulars, and taking 3 group pilates classes at new venues.

From Monday 7th Sept:

Mondays 9am & 10.15am Pilates classes at Whispering Waters
12pm - 3pm Scheduled home visits

Fridays
10.15am pilates at Kumeu Arts
12pm - 3pm Scheduled home visits

There is no booking system for classes or home visits, so please message me to book yourself in.

I will be implementing a price increase from Monday 7th Sept.

If you're keen to come on over and visit me in my new pad, then appointments will be on Tues - Thurs over in Waiake.

Life has been busy the last few months, and I am a tad late in launching my Posture Reset Course. It's still in the making, I promise, along with a BRAND NEW online studio dedicated to women's wellness and health.

I am designing my online studio to encompass a holistic approach to improving our health and wellbeing.

I would love this space to help women calm their nervous system through meditation, breathing, self massage, and mindful movement, as well as courses and challenges to help build strength, reduce stiffness and aches through pilates based workouts.

Its taking longer than I wanted to complete, as menopause kicks my ass some days 🙄 but i am getting there, slowly but surely.

We have a few changes coming up within our Pilates mat classes soon here in Waimauku.

I'll be moving our group classes to 2 venues in Waimauku in August and reducing our class schedule.

Monday's will be at Whispering Waters Venue Auckland

Second day and venue tbc soon.

If you would like to join our mat pilates classes, reach out to me. We'll have one mixed level class and two intermediate level classes.

Our weekly online classes will continue on Thursdays mornings.
