Our ONLINE PILATES classes are currently at 6.30am on Wednesday's.

If you're an early bird, why not meet me online? No judgement if you're still in your PJ's. It's the perfect time to get yourself moving before the day starts.

These classes are for those who have done Pilates before. We work through some of our mat exercises, as well as adapting some reformer exercises for the mat.

Such an awesome chest stretch to help you feel more open and mobile through the chest and shoulders.

If you feel your shoulders are rounded forward, then give this a go. It helps to release and stretch your pec muscles that pull your shoulders forward.

This stretch is included in our Posture Reset Course coming up soon. It's just one of many release and stretch exercises that are featured within the first couple of weeks, to help you release tightness and improve mobility before we add in pilates based strength exercises.

If you're wanting to stand taller, feel free and more mobile in your shoulders, and reduce tension and stiffness in your upper back, neck, and shoulders, then this course is definitely for you. We combine the powerful combination of massage, stretch and mobility, and pilates to help you to move and feel better in your everyday life.

How lucky am I to have this beach right on my doorstep

It was beautiful and sunny yesterday afternoon, but boy, there was s cold wind! A quick walk on the beach before school pick was needed after hours of sitting in front of my laptop.

This exercise has to be one of my favourite pilates mat exercises to help build a better posture.

When we focus on our alignment and control of the movement, that's where the magic happens.

I love a bit of single leg balance work!! It not only helps with my balance, but it's also strengthening the whole of my supporting leg from my foot all the way up to my hips. Happy feet & happy hips!!

I often practise this coming up into a rise, but today I'm using my half roller upside down to add in some instability to add challenge.

Why don't you add in some balance work this week? Maybe when you're brushing your teeth or waiting for your morning coffee.

Marlo and I love our morning routine of breaky, coffee, and cuddles before we get going for the day. 😻 Although I'm not impressed by the 5.30am meows of a hungry fidgety kitten!

It's Monday, it's a new week. What do you have planned for your week ahead that is dedicated time for yourself?

I'll be fitting in some time for my own pilates workouts and some strength training, I'm also planning a sunrise paddleboard session on Wed 🌄 and hopefully on the weekend, too, weather permitting.

If you feel you need a little reset, some time just for you to help lower your stress levels, then book in for a massage, reflexology, or both.
