THE NEW TIMETABLE IS LIVE!

After the success of the Autumn Challenge and lots of classes full or waitlisted, we have added some extra classes into our timetable, including the new Monday 8am FORM.

Thank you so much to everyone for choosing to move with us, we appreciate your support and definitely don’t take for granted the 50 minutes you take out of your day to be in the studio.

A small business isn’t small at all when you have the community we have.

This Friday the Matakana PTA is doing a private screening of The Devil Wears Prada to help raise money for school equipment - our most recent donation was for the Jump Jam equipment used by the kids. Everybody is welcome so bring your friends!
