There are 2 types of netballers
> 1 who attends netball training sessions
> 1 who do not attend regularised training sessions
It is a fact that young families have multiple sporting and social commitments on a daily basis. Attending a small window of Netball training becomes a challenging balancing act Kapa haka, piano lessons, dancing, guitar classes, rugby football
The logistics of maneuvering between the different activities become stressful for the individuals and parent chauffeurs.
As coaches we salute and acknowledge those who make training, turn up and we teach.
The mission of the Boot camp programme is to provide a forum whereby capturing and working with those who need the boost.
The winter competitions are well embedded. Sideline assessments clearly indicate many players need extra support.
There is a compelling mantra
