Hello hello - I’ve been MIA for a few months and might be a bit more MIA for the next couple months.

Lots has been happening behind the scenes and now that all my clients know, I thought I should let my wider community know.

WE ARE MOVING - most know we are a military family and with that comes the occasional move. Everything happens so quickly in our world!! We only have a couple months left in Wellington.

So I will not be taking on anymore clients and will be finish strong with my clients I have now.

I want to say thank you everyone and anyone that has supported my business over the passed few years - it’s been one hella ride and I couldn’t have done it without you guys and I’m glad to have helped so many mums, ladies and some men to become the better versions of themselves.

Of course you can, that’s what we are all about here at Tash Town Training.

I know all to well how hard it is to find a babysitter or work around your partner schedules or you just don’t want to and would love to take your baby with you to exercise.

Bring your baby/babies with you to class. They will see you exercising and they see the positives effect it has on mum doing something for her.

There is still a couple spaces left in our Wednesday class - get in touch today and come along for a trial session.

Term 2 and my first term back is completed! Thanks too the lovely mums that joined me for Mums & Bubs Fitness!

It was great to be back at work helping out mums regain their fitness, strength and just doing something for them. I love watching them enjoy themselves.

We are off on a wee family holiday, to reset and get ready for term 3! We can’t wait to meet new mums and bubs joining us and returning mums and bubs too!

Women who have even just one baby are nearly three times more likely to leak urine and wet themselves, than women who have not had a baby. The more babies you have, the more chance you will leak urine and wet yourself.

WILL THIS LEAKING GO AWAY ITSELF?
Leaking will not go away if you just ignore it. Train your pelvic floor muscles to help get their strength back. Then the leaking is likely to stop. You may start wetting yourself if you do not get your pelvic floor muscle strength back after each baby. This gets even worse as the pelvic floor muscles get weaker with age.

Seeing a Women's health or Pelvic health physio post birth to get a plan that right for your body and then working along side a trainer who is trained in pre and post natal training will help you gain your confidence and strength back.
