A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body.

During a session, participants typically lie down comfortably while a practitioner plays various instruments capable of creating deep resonant vibrationsโ€”such crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and ocean drums.

Here is how incorporating sound baths into your wellness routine can benefit you:

Deep Relaxation and Stress Reduction
The primary benefit of a sound bath is its ability to trigger the parasympathetic nervous system, which slows your heart rate, lowers blood pressure, and halts the production of stress hormones like cortisol.

In a world that often encourages us to do more, move faster, and stay busy, it's easy to overlook the small acts of care that can make a real difference to our wellbeing.

A few deep breaths before starting your day.

A quiet pause between tasks.

A gentle stretch when your body feels tight.

A moment of stillness with a cup of tea.

These small moments may seem insignificant, but they are often where wellbeing begins.

When we slow down, we give our nervous system a chance to settle. Our breathing becomes deeper, our minds become clearer, and our bodies can release some of the tension we've been carrying. We become more present, more aware, and better able to respond to life rather than simply react to it.

This part-time role (around 20 hours per week, with flexibility) is perfect for someone who loves social media, enjoys talking with people, and wants variety in their workday. ๐Ÿ“ฒโœจ Youโ€™ll help us show up consistently online, connect with new clients, and support the behind-the-scenes admin that keeps our businesses running smoothly.

What youโ€™ll be doing
๐Ÿ“… Scheduling and posting content across Facebook and Instagram for both brands
