The Fitter Father With kids and a busy career, fitness has descended to the bottom of the priority list for years. Tim No equipment required and any fitness level welcome.

I put my back out the day after turning 38 in January of 2021. It was the last straw in a string of niggles that would have been avoided if I was fitter and healthier. Fitness and sport have been a huge part of my life but over the last few years, I haven't prioritized them at all! If others are in the same boat feel free to join in with me as I workout in my lounge four evenings a week. Let's all just get moving and feel better!
