🏉 HORNETS 11s vs TAUMARUNUI 11s – PRE-GLOBALS GAME
What a good hit out for our team heading into Globals! 🔥
Taumarunui made us work hard from the get-go with good side-to-side play, strong running and solid defence. They went try for try with us early on, testing our team and making us work for every opportunity.
Once we settled into our rhythm, we started to find our flow, take our opportunities and put together some well-deserved team tries.
There’s still plenty to work on, but we're very proud of the way our players continued to work hard when things got tough. That’s the character we need heading into Globals. 💪🏽
