Honestly so proud of this journey. It wasn’t always easy, but Breigh stayed consistent and kept showing up for herself every day. Little by little, everything added up.

Cold Thursday morning Tip

Warm up longer then you think you need to. In winter, joints and muscles take extra time to loosen up, and rushing into heavy set’s usually leads to sluggish performance or strains.

Try this simple flow😀
💥5 minutes light cardio
💥Dynamic movement (arm circles, leg swings bodyweight squats)
💥2-3 lighter ramp- up sets before your working weight.

A good reminder 🤔
