Tauranga Show Hunter Group have their practice day today. Registrations on arrival so come on down for a few rounds!

Greerton Pony Club have a few littlies sitting their D Certificate exam this afternoon ~ best of luck girls!

SUNDAY:
Dressage Tauranga have their rally running.

How exciting to see Show Hunter back at the racecourse this winter 🎉🎉

Thanks so much to everyone who commented and messaged — we’ve loved hearing all your ideas and really appreciate it!

We are so excited to get some winter practice days underway… it’s going to be a fun, relaxed few days for everyone 🐴

Excellent news 🎉 Racing have confirmed the track crossing is all good to go again ready for the long weekend! The grounds are booked out for Friday - Sunday but are available Monday so get in touch if you’d like to book 🎉

A huge thank you to the team at Racing Tauranga for the super quick fix after the rain washed away the majority of the crossing!

This Easter Weekend, Tauranga Racecourse will be transformed into a one of a kind pop up golf driving range.

Brought to you by the team that delivered Pins & Pours at the Bay Oval earlier this year, this exclusive event runs from April 3rd – 5th.

The Clubroom Tauranga is offering the community the rare opportunity to hit golf balls from within the iconic racecourse grounds. With 12 purpose-built range bays set up on the field, golfers can hit the ball distances of over 280 metres.

Join us for a fun, truly unique golfing experience this Easter.

What: Pop-up driving range
When: April 3rd - 5th, 10:00am - 6:30pm each day
Where: Tauranga Racecourse

To ALL users of the grounds - please note the grounds are currently CLOSED due to no access across the tracks from the deluge of rain received. We shall advise once the grounds are safe to access 🌧️🌧️

Reminder to all riders using the grounds - As per the TESA User Agreement with Racing Tauranga, access to the half-track and Oval is NOT permitted during weekday working hours (9:30am to 5:00pm), and its use is restricted to outside these times and weekends, with specific conditions applying.

If your unsure of where you can ride a map is attached.

Also please remember all grounds bookings are to be made either by messaging us or emailing us 😁

One google form per horse. 10am start time once set up is complete, no crossing the tracks before 8am. $50 per horse per day including ground & yard fee, All horses to be yarded, no tying to trucks/floats allowed.
