Weekend recap

Kane - 68K

Race one starting at P11 on a rather slippery track, ended up finding the concrete a few times in the first lap, also got caught up in turn four the which meant I was a few laps down. Even after all that I managed to come back and finish 16th.
Race two starting at P1, made it around the first turn but ran out of talent pretty quick. Found myself sideways coming out of turn two resulting in a few good hits that finished the race for me. The car was looking very second hand after that.

Will assess the damage during the week, but we will get it fixed and try again next time!

Cam - 724K

Race 1 started on P2, had a good clean race finished in 10th
Race 2 started on P13, had a tangle up at the start finished 12th
Car drove beautifully

Was awesome to be racing back at our home track after a long break, cars are back in the shed for repairs and checks and awaiting the next meeting. At this stage we’re unsure when either of the cars will be back out as the boys have now started there busy seasons with work but watch this space and we will keep you all updated

Once again thank you to our crew and sponsors, it wouldn’t be possible without your support

Stratford recap

The trip south for Cam didn’t start great with some trailer issues, once resolved we hit the road for our first race meeting in Stratford
Race 1 started grid 3, did about half the race in 4th place before falling back and finishing 11th
Race 2 started grid 15, did 1 lap before getting a flatty. DNF
Race 3 started grid 18, did half a lap before getting our second flatty. Another DNF

Kane also took his first trip south
Race 1 started grid 23, got spun in lap 1 turn 2 finished the race in 18th
Race 2 started grid 18, had some steering issues so pulled to the infeild with Cam for a little game of paper sissors rock while they wait. DNF
Race 3, car still wasn’t running great so decided to not compete and called it a night

All and all we still had fun, caught up with some familiar faces and we will be back, thank you Stratford Speedway for the great night and welcoming us out of towners

Again massive thanks to our sponsors

Huntly update 17/01/2026

Kane and Cam ventured to Huntly to be a support classes for the Huntly stockcar teams invitational event
68K Race 1 - Kane starting off 1 got caught up in the 1st corner push with Cam resulting in finding the wall but came out undamaged and had a steady race after that finishing 9th
Race 2 - grid 10 finishing 10 came in needing a few minor tweaks
Race 3 - grid 18 started 3 wide on the track, DNF
Kane’s highlights from the weekend were getting to race at a new track with different people, and having his first hard encounters with the wall and other cars

724K Race 1 - Cam went of grid 3 right behind Kane, got caught up in the turn 1 push, and just went for the ride before snapping his steering bolt and retiring after half a lap
Thought we could fix the car, which they did thanks to our awesome crew and some neighbouring cars, only to find the fan had blown to pieces which ended our night

Huge thanks to our sponsors and crew from the weekend wouldn’t be possible without the support

Last night we headed to Huntly for the first time
Cam got some good grids for his first out of town race
Race 1: P1 we were all a bit nervous for this one, got a spin in the first turn which saw him drop to the back, track was very wet finished 19th out of 30.
Race 2: P15 much better race, was definitely faster finished 15th
Race 3: P28 was an all or nothing race with stirrers money on the line and being out of town we knew what we were in for. The H cars were out to get the Kihikihi cars and Cam found himself in contact with a couple of them throughout the whole race. Good exposure for Cam who quite enjoyed it and learnt alot, before a DNF
All and all he finished 18th overall on points, had fun and keen to head back. Awesome track to race at and good bunch of guys at Huntly. Thanks for having us. Mite have to bring the 68k up next time aswell? 🤔

Huge thank you to our pit crew, Full On Racing - 74K and our sponsors for helping make these race days possible
