If you can make it to one of these events in Taranaki, it would be good to have some exposure in the roadmap of ESNZ for vaulting initiatives both in our area and NZ wide. Some suggestions of topics are:
- Funding for grass-roots growth in the sport.
- Coach training and development.
- Support for new clubs with accessing suitable horses, finding equipment, and liability protection for coaches and organisers.
- Exploring opportunities to partner with other organisations that have correlating activities and/or youth oriented equestrian organisations (e.g. RDA, Riding schools, or Pony Clubs).
- Competition pathways for increasing participation (with more visibility and promotion) and providing opportunities for up and coming competitive athletes.
