🏉 JAB Player of the Day – 6.6.26 🏉
Well, winter certainly arrived with a bang this weekend! ❄️🌧️ Saturday brought our first real taste of the rugby season mud, puddles, and chilly temperatures – and our players absolutely loved it!
There were plenty of muddy faces, slippery tackles, and big smiles across the fields as our Southbridge tamariki gave it their all. The blue and white hoops were proudly on display, with every team showing great sportsmanship, determination, and team spirit.
A special shout-out to all the parents and whānau who spent their Saturday nights scrubbing uniforms and trying to get the mud out of socks and shirts... your efforts do not go unnoticed! 😂👏
As always, a huge thank you to our coaches, managers, volunteers, referees, and supporters who make JAB rugby possible each week. We couldn't do it without you.
A big thanks also to Suburban Eatery for providing our Player of the Day vouchers and helping make game day that little bit more special for our tamariki. 💙

Another awesome Saturday of JAB rugby for our Southbridge crews! 💙🤍
Even with the cooler weather rolling in, our tamariki showed up ready to give it their all out on the field. From great teamwork and determination to plenty of smiles and sideline cheering, it was another fantastic day representing the blue and white hoops.
A huge shout out to all our coaches, managers, referees, volunteers, and whānau who help make Saturdays possible each week – we appreciate everything you do behind the scenes. 🙌
