Good news, our president has just boated down the lagoon and into the river at low tide. There has been some movement around the mouth over the past couple of days and it is boat-able. As usual take care, keep alert and boat to the conditions.

We took some orders for our Club Jackets at our Slalom event, but before we send them off to the embroiderer, we thought we’d better do one last call!
*Please note that this latest Jacket will not have the 60th Anniversary logo on as modelled by Club President, Callum.
If you would like one, please email your name and jacket size to [email protected] and make payment to our bank account, number 02-0860-0014912-000 using your name and ‘jacket’ as the reference.

$120 each
Sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL & 6XL (no 5XL)

We will close orders off on Sunday 15th March.

We think it’s a good idea to let you know of the dates we have locked away for upcoming events so you can all get your ducks in a row and dates in your diary’s!

*Poker Run, August 15th 2026 with the 22nd as the backup date.

*Harky Gorge Run, November 7th 2026

*Slalom Day, January 23rd 2027 with the 30th as the backup date.

The club received a very generous donation of some trees and shrubs from The Little Big Tree Company. After our AGM on the 14th of September the committee and helpers from the community got to work on planting out the area to the north of the ramp. Special thanks to Tim Goom for not only the plants but the guidance given with planting them. There were also a few plants left over from what we needed, these were donated to the Boat Creek Project so the team can put them to good use.
