Good morning on the King's Birthday Monday, we had some very good news from the bottom of South Island!

11 years later the South Island Masters Division 1 trophy returns to Nelson🙌🥇🏆! Great efforts Nelson 1 team! Our Nelson 2 finished 4th place in Division 2, they will continue compete in Div 2 next year.

Special thanks to Peter, Jamie, Dave, Kerry and Shirley who travelled from the “Nelson North” to compete for Nelson. Also thanks for the hospitality Badminton Southland, hope everyone enjoyed the weekend in Invercargill, and travelling home safely.
