🏆 THE SUSAN COKER CUP – PREMIER WOMEN’S PLAYER OF THE YEAR 🏆

This award recognises the highest level of commitment and dedication at both training and playing by a Premier Women’s player. The winner is selected by the Premier Women’s coaching team.

Hattie has shown from day one of this season that she meant business. Every single aspect of her game has lifted — her fitness, strength, defence and attitude, both on and off the field.

Not only is she dangerous with the ball in hand, but she has an incredible ability to read the game, choose the perfect moment to offload and create space for those around her.

She brings plenty of energy, humour and entertainment to the team and has been a huge part of the Premier Women’s season.

The Murray Walsh Memorial Cup is awarded to the most promising front row forward in the club.

This year’s nominees were:

This award recognises the highest level of commitment and dedication at both training and playing.
Sam has been a true talisman of our forward pack, putting his body on the line week in and week out. He consistently delivered big performances throughout the season and led by example on the field.
Sam has the ability to analyse the game as it unfolds and get the right message across at the right time. When Sam speaks, his teammates listen — a true reflection of the respect he has earned within the team.
A fantastic season from a very valued Mud Dog.

🏆 THE BRYAN CASEY CUP – PREMIER RESERVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR 🏆
The Bryan Casey Cup is awarded to the Most Consistent Player in the Premier Reserve team, with the winner selected by the Premier Reserve coaching team.
Bryn was a long-term supporter of the Pleasant Point Rugby Club, making this award a special one.
Ryan has stepped up to become a real leader, not only of the forward pack but of the whole team. The way he leads is not through words, but through his actions both on and off the field.
He has led the way at training and has been one of the first names on the team sheet week after week. He has made a habit of not only securing our own ball but also picking off opposition lineouts with ease.
Ryan has made a real impact this year and has become a valued member of the team.

🏆 THE CHRIS & TRISH BRUCE CUP – ADMINISTRATOR OF THE YEAR 🏆
The Chris and Trish Bruce Cup is awarded to the Administrator of the Year.
This year’s recipient is Claire Spiers! 👏
Claire is the driving force behind the scenes in our JAB, working tirelessly to ensure everything runs smoothly for the club. She is the backbone of the JAB — organising the committee, coordinating teams, and preparing and distributing the gear at the start of the season, while providing outstanding support to our junior players, coaches and families throughout the season.
Claire also secures sponsorships, manages the JAB page and stays connected with every team to make sure they have everything they need.
Her dedication, organisation and willingness to simply get on with the job makes an incredible difference to everyone involved.
Claire, you truly are the heart of our club. ❤️🐶

The Austin Baker Cup is awarded to the Senior Player who makes the greatest contribution both on and off the field.

🏆 2026 WINNER – LIBBY GEARY 🏆

Libby is a true leader both on and off the field, giving countless hours back to rugby and our club.

She has been involved in refereeing JAB, IAB and schoolgirls’ matches, touch judging senior games, and helping with coaching clinics to establish Year 7 & 8 girls’ competitions.

Libby shows exceptional dedication and work ethic and is always willing to help whenever needed. Her leadership, commitment and passion for rugby make her an invaluable member of our club.
