Congratulations to our Rhythmic team!

🇳🇿 2026 Rhythmic World Championships 🇩🇪

We are excited to share that Team Havana (Counties Manukau Gymnastics ) will once again be representing New Zealand at the Rhythmic World Championships, this year to be held 12-18 August in Frankfurt, Germany. 🙌

A proud coaching achievement for CMG.

Congratulations to Lauren Irving, one of our Senior Coaches, who attended the World Gymnastics Academy held at our home venue, Bruce Pulman Park, in April.

Lauren successfully achieved her World Gymnastics Level 1 Diploma, an internationally recognised coaching qualification.

An outstanding result in itself, made even more impressive by Lauren placing in the top three highest-scoring WAG participants.

Well done, Lauren. We are very proud to have your knowledge, commitment, and leadership supporting our athletes and coaches at CMG.

A very proud moment for CMG.

Congratulations to Freya, who has been selected to represent New Zealand at the 2026 Artistic Oceania Championships in Brisbane on 9 May, and Kieran, who has been selected to represent New Zealand in Tumbling at the 2026 Australian Gymnastics Championships in Sydney from 7–12 July.

This is a fantastic achievement and a reflection of the hard work and commitment both athletes have put into their gymnastics. We are incredibly proud of you both and wish you all the very best.

We’re looking for someone to help bring our club to life online 🤸‍♀️

If you’re a CMG parent, athlete, or coach who’s regularly around the gym, this could be a great way to get involved.

This role focuses on capturing and sharing moments from the gym, celebrating our athletes, and helping keep our community connected.

It’s a volunteer role, working alongside the committee with support and guidance, but with the flexibility to manage it in your own time.

No formal experience is needed, just reliability and a willingness to take a bit of ownership.
