Strength, control, balance & burn — our new BARRE classes are officially arriving from June 23rd every Tuesday & Saturday.
Expect low impact movement with a high intensity feel, designed to lengthen, strengthen and challenge your body in all the best ways.
These classes will be held in a larger group format and will temporarily be running from our new (temporary) location, rather than the Personal Pilates studio.
