At HSH we’ve always got something on the horizon, and winter is no different.

For the full month of June, we’re running our very first attendance challenge. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place walk away with some epic prizes (more on that very soon 👀)

Because fitness isn’t seasonal here. And we all know summer bodies are built in winter.

The word ‘community’ comes from the Latin communitas meaning “shared” or “held in common”.

It often refers to a loyal group of people gathering around a shared value, purpose or mission. People who genuinely connect with what you stand for.

At becoming fitter, stronger and healthier is only part of the journey.

You may also gain:

- accountability

- memories
- and a real sense of belonging

April initially joined our six week challenge alongside a friend after feeling like fitness had taken a back seat over the past couple of years.

Her goal?
To become stronger and feel better heading into her 40’s!!

A few weeks ago, April completed her re-evaluation fitness testing and absolutely skyrocketed her previous results 🚀

At , our sessions are:

✅ Designed for everyday people wanting support, accountability and long-term progress

You don’t need to be fit to start, you just need to start somewhere.

Calling all our non-gym people! 📣

If you've been wanting to improve your fitness but feel unsure where to start, Home Sweat Home offers a safe, supportive and structured environment designed for everyday people, not gym junkies.

What’s included:
- before and after fitness testing
- before and after body scans
- unlimited coached training sessions (minimum 2x per week)
- ongoing support and accountability

Winter is usually when routines slip backwards. We're helping our little community stay accountable through the colder months instead 🥶

We're looking for a few more people who want to commit to themselves over the next few weeks!

Nearly three months later and is still going strong 🔥 AND still hasn’t missed an AM boxing session 🥊

Honestly, a lot of people don’t struggle with fitness itself. But they struggle with the constant thinking around it.

What workout should I do?
Will I stay motivated?
Am I doing it right????

That’s why our sessions are fully structured and coach-led.

You just show up and get it done 👊

Luckily we recently added a new dedicated cardio session on Fridays to keep warm 😂

All jokes aside… fitness isn’t seasonal.

If you only train when it’s warm and convenient, it becomes really hard to maintain any kind of progress long-term.

Winter is actually where habits are built! Showing up when it’s cold, dark, and you’d rather stay home.

That’s what keeps you consistent year round.

And one last thing… we’ll take a Kiwi winter over a UK winter ANY DAY 🇳🇿😂

Trina joined our six week challenge just over six weeks ago wanting to improve her overall fitness.

Busy teacher. Demands left, right and centre. Never a moments peace….

She needed something that removed the guesswork and kept her accountable and consistent.

These days, she’s stronger, more consistent, and her clothes are fitting better. Woo!

To continue the injury theme of the week…

has been part of our community since November, and like many people, has had to navigate a few injuries along the way.

Coming back after time off can feel rough, especially when you feel like you’ve lost progress.

But this is exactly why we do things the way we do.

Everything is adaptable. Everything is at your own pace. And you’re supported the whole way through.

She’s already on the path back, and no doubt she’ll continue to build from here 💫

Injuries happen… it’s not if, it’s when.

Last night we ran a pain management workshop for our HSH crew. We focused on understanding injuries and, more importantly, how to recover properly so you can keep moving and training long-term.

Big thanks to physiotherapist Bevendran for sharing his 20 odd years of knowledge and helping our everyone move better, feel better, and get more out of everyday life 💪🏻

This is for the non-gym people (and it's not a bad thing!)

If you've ever said, "I'm not a gym person", then you're exactly who we're built for.

Not liking gyms doesn't mean you're lazy. It usually means you never felt comfortable there.

HSH is for you if:
