👉🏼LIFTERS.. access to all Bootcamp, boxing and circuit classes + Lifters on Wednesday at 5.45am and Saturday at 6am + weekly weigh ins, nutrition checks, meal plan, goal setting, weekly individual and team targets + support and extra accountability.

💁🏼‍♀️Happy New Year Friends and Fam!

👉🏼Here’s me sitting in the Coffee Club (with no boys where I can hear myself think 🤪) attempting to plan my life out for 2024 with never ending to do lists, if you’re anything like me… you’ve LOVED your holidays but the anxiety is definitely setting in for all the things that need to be done but seem impossible to get done with the kids home, also I’m CRAVING my beautifully set routine!

👉🏼My planned movement, planned meals and just feeling abit more energised and in control than what I currently do.

👉🏼I KNOW for a fact that so many Mummas will be feeling this right now. I’m lucky that my big boy is back at daycare tomorrow so I can commence some form of routine but I know a lot of your kiddies are still on school holidays which as much as you will try still makes it harder to maintain a routine and keep your stress levels down 🤣

⚠️Just know that I get where you are at Mummas and I’m attempting to find some solutions for us! I’ve been sitting here throwing about start dates for our first..

Happy New Year Everyone!
May 2015 bring you Happiness, Good Health and greater heights of success and prosperity!

Hope everyone has had time to think about what they want to achieve this year. I wrote my list of long term and short term goals today and found it beneficial to reflect a little over the last year or 2 as well.

Thought a seemed appropriate for today!

Always remember and appreciate how far you've come in life and continually re-evaluate your situation to enable yourself to strive to be the best and brightest YOU possible!

Plan ahead and keep challenging yourself! Make 2015 your year, I know I'm gonna be making it mine! 💪😘

So the last 10 week Just For Her Bootcamp challenge finished up on Saturday with an Awesome boxing class, followed by measurements/weigh in and a beautiful lunch together yesterday. I'm soo super proud of how far each and everyone of my girls have come, together they lost a MASSIVE 122.8kg whilst Gaining strength, fitness and endurance not to mention a whole heap of self esteem, body love, summer bodies and new friends! These Amazing ladies continued to impress me every training session with the effort they put in, I feel very privileged to have worked alongside them and helped them toward completing there goals, I'm also very excited to have every single one of them returning for the first challenge of 2015 in Jan, I can't wait to find out there new goals, and watch them accomplish them! Congrats ladies! You should all be extremely proud of yourselves!!
