⁉️Hard and Fast 5 Week Challenge to have you finishing 2025 not only looking good but FEELING your most confident heading into the festive season and the new year?

⚠️The Math is 9 weeks till Xmas, 6 weeks till the majority of the Festive parties start kicking off, that places this challenge perfectly.. starts Monday 3rd Nov with the last scan being 6th December!

✅Works out to be 33 days of work/focus/goals!

⁉️Feeling abit flat at the moment, coming out of rainy season and into some sunshine? Realised that you don’t want to move through Summer feeling the same way and would maybe like your Summer clothes to fit a little more loosely? Serious about just knocking down for a short period of time and getting it done with us? Don’t have 1 million hours a week to commit to your training whilst juggling work, kids and the rest of it?

⚡️No specific fitness level required but prior exercise knowledge is (must know how to squat, pushup etc) for this challenge.

❓Any mummas out there in need of a sharp 21 day or 28 day (your choice) challenge now that school is back this week, long weekends are over and you can get your routine some what back in check?

💠Going to kick into a post easter GET HER STARTED 3 or 4 week challenge (your choice how long you join in for) starting Monday 28th and finishing either the 17th May or the 25th May (pending what duration you choose).

💠I don’t know about you… I love a long weekend or 2 but it also leaves me feeling abit out of whack, definitely relax a little with my training and nutrition and indulge in a few Easter treats.. that’s what life is all about right.. balance! But I also bloody love my routine, moving my body, fueling it right and feeling my best! So I’m def feeling like I need this!

My thought of the day whilst in the shower this morning 🤣 is… in 10, 20, 30 years time you will definitely regret not prioritising your health and well being, want to be around to see your children grow older? Want to meet your grand babies?

NOW is the time to be putting in the effort, small tweaks and changes are better than none, add in a 5 minute walk daily, have 1 less biccie with your cuppa, that type of thing, start small but START!

Let’s grow old together, healthily.. and over many years 🙈✌🏼
