Milestone Monday 🙌

We love celebrating our members, and this week we’ve got two big achievements to shout about!

A huge congratulations to Jeanne on her 350th parkrun and Ann on her 150th! 👏

While these might not be official milestones, they’re still pretty incredible numbers - that’s 500 Saturday mornings between them!

And really, what better way to start the weekend than with a parkrun and our running community?

Well done ladies - here’s to many more!

Another epic weekend of running and walking with Hamilton Road Runners! 🏃‍♀️🚶‍♂️

Saturday kicked off with parkrun, a few of us then headed up to Thames to support a possible new event across the historic Kopu Bridge. 🤞🌉 Other members headed over to Kinloch to enjoy the trails over there.

Sunday saw members taking on distances at North Shore, while back in Hamilton we enjoyed our Sunday run and walk from Olive Cafe up towards Horotiu - with coffee, of course! ☕️

And that’s what we love about our club - there’s always something happening, whether you’re looking to challenge yourself, explore somewhere new, get some distance in with friends, or simply enjoy a social walk and coffee afterwards.

The thing about Hamilton Road Runners is we’re a hardy bunch and if it’s raining we’re training 🙌

We can’t guarantee good weather but what we can guarantee is that whatever happens there will always be someone to run and walk with - and the best thing is the kettle will have boiled for a warm drink afterwards ☕️
