Stretch & Release is a foundational yoga class designed for the modern human. This gentle practice focuses on releasing tension, calming the nervous system, & reconnecting you with your body through mindful breath & movement.

Beginning on the earth, you’ll gradually move through gentle floor-based stretches before flowing into standing postures, creating space, mobility, & ease throughout the entire body. The class finishes by returning to stillness, allowing you to reconnect with yourself.

Suitable for all levels, this class is the perfect opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, & return home to your body ✨
