🏊 CLUB NIGHT – FRIDAY 11 SEPTEMBER 🏊

Our next club night is coming up!

⏰ Warm-up from 4:30pm
🏁 Racing starts 5:00pm

Please note this one is on a Friday night, rather than our usual Monday.

Entries are OPEN ONLINE NOW through Fast Lane. Please make sure you click through all the buttons/steps when submitting your entries so everything goes through correctly.

As always, we’d love plenty of helping hands on the night. We’ll need timekeepers, along with our growing crew of Technical Officials – another great opportunity to get some training and experience in!

And of course, our spot prizes will be back 🎉 We’ll be drawing prizes for both swimmers and the parents/caregivers lending a hand on the night – just a little way of saying thank you to our Enterprise whānau for helping our club nights run smoothly.

🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️ KEEP THE RACING GOING – SUNDEVILS MEET 2026! 🔥

Just a reminder that the 2026 Sundevils Meet is coming up on 12–13 September at the Hawke’s Bay Regional Aquatic Centre.

If you haven’t entered yet, now is a good time to have a look at the programme and start thinking about which events you’d like to race. 🏊‍♂️💨

🎯 Chasing qualifying times? Get another opportunity to race and fine-tune those events.

💥 Want some race practice? Use the meet to sharpen up, test yourself and chase those PBs.

🌟 New to racing? Come along, get some experience and build confidence in a fun interclub environment.

🏅 Masters swimmers? There are events for you too!

We’d really like to see lots of HBPB swimmers getting behind this meet. Club meets are an important part of the swimming calendar and the best way to keep swimmers racing, developing and enjoying their swimming.

A fantastic achievement for Abby Fitzharris of Enterprise Cars Swim Team, who has qualified as a Judge of Stroke (JOS) at the HBPB Winter Championships!

Becoming a qualified technical official takes commitment, learning and plenty of time on pool deck — and we’re delighted to see Abby reach this milestone. 🙌

What a weekend of racing! 🙌

A huge thank you to the 300 swimmers and their clubs who competed at the HBPB Winter Short Course Championships. We really appreciate you being part of our championships and helping make it such a great weekend.

Despite a huge amount of sickness and a significant number of withdrawals, the racing remained exciting throughout the weekend, with some outstanding performances, plenty of PBs and some fantastic achievements in the pool. 👏

A special thank you also goes to the many volunteers, officials, timekeepers, technical officials, coaches, team managers and everyone behind the scenes who gave up their time to make the championships happen. These events simply could not run without you, and your contribution is hugely appreciated.
And finally, congratulations to all the swimmers who got up on the blocks and gave it their best this weekend. We hope you enjoyed the racing, the competition and the atmosphere!

The HBPB Swimming Board was delighted to announce and present our annual HBPB Swimmer of the Year Awards, at the prizegiving of the HBPB Winter Short Course Championships.

These awards recognise outstanding swimming achievement, with four prestigious awards presented each year:

🌊 HBPB Open Water Swimmer of the Year (Best Open Water Achievements)

🏆 WHAT A WEEKEND, ENTERPRISE! 🏆

The 2026 Hawke’s Bay Poverty Bay Winter Short Course Championships were an absolute ripper for the Enterprise Cars Swim Team!

From team titles and relay wins to PBs, awesome racing and incredible team spirit, there was so much to celebrate across the whole weekend. 🔥

A huge congratulations to Lola Stewart, named HBPB Junior Swimmer of the Year, and to every single Enterprise swimmer who got in, gave it a go and contributed to such an awesome result for our team.

And of course, Coach Matt managed to get in on the winning action too!! — with Up the Wahs taking out 1st place in the HBPB Draft Relay!

A massive thank you to all of our parents, caregivers and helpers for everything you do to support our swimmers and make weekends like this possible. We appreciate you! 💗🖤

🏆 RELAY TROPHY WINNERS – HBPB WINTER SC CHAMPIONSHIPS 2026! 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️

The relay racing was a highlight of the championships, with our clubs battling it out across the medley, freestyle and 300m relays.
Congratulations to all the winning teams who took home one of the coveted relay trophies! 👏🏆

From the Mixed 10 & Under relays through to the Open events, there were some fantastic team performances and plenty of exciting racing.
