For the month of October we actually have two winners for our F45 Member of the Month, however they really come as a package. This month goes to the wonderful couple Ellyce & Alan Hemmings!

We so appreciate your commitment to our gym. Not only do you both show up daily and give your sessions 100%, but you are always the first to put your hand up when we need help.

Alan, the dedication and time you have given to our studio when we have needed equipment repaired, you have always stepped up! This does not go unnoticed. Not to mention putting up our beloved rigs!

Ellyce, is one of our hardest working mamas in the gym. Consistently training and prioritising her fitness while also raising her and Alans growing whanau. You will often find these two paired up in a station, always encouraging one another with an element of competitiveness.

Thank you for everything you do for us here at F45 Gizzy and keep up the hard work on the gym floor.

🏉 POVERTY BAY U16 GIRLS | F45 GUESTS 💪🔥

It was awesome having the Poverty Bay U16 Girls in the F45 studio over the weekend! 🙌

The team really appreciated having the space and the opportunity to live like a pro for the day — training, preparing and experiencing what it’s like to have access to a quality training environment. 💯🏉

The girls now head away to Napier next weekend for the Hurricanes Youth Rugby Camp. 🌪️🏉

We wish the whole team all the very best! Work hard, enjoy the experience, learn lots and represent Poverty Bay with pride! ❤️💪

At F45 Gisborne, we proudly support Te Wiki o Te Reo Māori — Māori Language Week.

We are encouraging our members and coaches to bring more Te Reo Māori into our gym — whether that’s a word of encouragement, a phrase you love, or simply giving something new a go.

Throughout the week, we will be capturing and sharing the favourite Māori words of our members, coaches and supporters and showing how we can use them on the gym floor. 💪

Because language is more than just words — it’s about connection, identity and community.
