The boys got to test out the new arrivals on Saturday 💪 from
The hallway is the perfect spot for sled pulls, just make sure you've got some grip on your sneakers.
Having a new landmine that's not attached to the power cage also means we can move it around the gym.
Building up the gear in the gym slowly, still have more to come.

Cold gloomy days call for some study. And with Fitness Education online, it means I'm able to do continued professional development from the comfort of my couch, but also being able to put it to practical use in the gym.
Suspension training essentials almost complete, training females level 2 almost complete, and moving on to training older adults.
All very important courses for me personally as I have found myself with a very diverse client base.
This is allowing me to make sure I am continuing to provide each individual with the targeted training at each level.

We are not all the same, therefore we cannot all train in the same way.

Michelle has taken a step away from PT life to focus on other things for a while.
Thanks for being by my side this whole time through this journey. From studying, to helping Jane, to taking over then moving into High Street. You've been there for it all and I'm so grateful.

Honestly though, the instructions are not very detailed and I'm not very smart. But it's together and really sturdy so I'm happy 😁

Here at Let's Get Fizzical we are primarily a PT studio, however we do offer a few classes too.
Here is our timetable starting Monday 5th January and for the foreseeable future.

All classes can be made to suit every fitness level/age/ability etc
