We’re back with another 8 week challenge team! 👏Focused on building strength, power, fitness, and overall performance. Perfect time to lock in as winter rolls in! No better chance to reset, build momentum, and commit to your training.

Over the 8 weeks we’ll be dialling in:
- Strength across key lifts
- Power and explosiveness
- Olympic lifting technique and efficiency
- Gymnastics skills and control
- Conditioning that supports performance
- Proper structure and progression
- Weekly leaderboard to track progress
- Good people, good energy, and some friendly competition
We will be kicking off with some strength and fitness testing, with other mini challenges and challenge days popping up throughout the 8 weeks 🤩Each week we’ll also be running a workout that feeds into a leaderboard, so you can track your progress, see where you stack up, and have a bit of fun with it along the way.
