Tuesdays and Thursdays
Seniors 17yrs+ and juniors 12-16yrs, 5:30-7:30pm.
Seniors $30.00 per month.
Juniors free.

Closed public holidays.

Dress code: bare feet, shorts or track pants, comfortable top.

If your goal is to compete/fight, equipment needed:
16oz boxing gloves, hand warps, shin guards, professional mouth guard, skipping rope, running shoes, Thai groin guard, towel, drink, note book and pen, first aid, stop watch.

If not interested in fighting, a drink and towel will do.

Please note that part of the sessions are one on one and contact is a part of the learning. For this reason hygiene is a must. Clean feet, trimmed toe nails and a high standard of personal hygiene is required.
If you don’t feel well stay home.
